ISRO scheduled launch of last navigation satellite from IRNSS series (Indian Regional Navigational Satellite System). It will be seventh satellite equipped in navigation payload and CDMA ranging laser retro-reflector. Onboard equipment provides navigation signal utilizing L5 and S band. In this way it is fully compatible with Galileo and GPS. Satellite is built with utilization of I-1K bus; it weighs about 500 kg, has power consumption (depending on the equipment) in the range from 500 up to 1000 W. Maximum operational life is 12 years. ISRO is planning to use PSLV launch vehicle. It is four stage rocket with combined liquid and solid fueled propulsion. Since its first launch in 1993 until 2015 it has been used for successful launching of 87 satellites.
