North Korea claims that on October 2015 is planned launch of Unha-3 rocket with Kwangmyŏngsŏng 4 satellite atop. It will be fourth attempt (there is no serious confirmation about results of last three launches) of launching North Korean satellite into orbit. Kwangmyŏngsŏng 4 is probably reconnaissance satellite, but after launch of Kwangmyŏngsŏng-3 there was no signal detected which could confirm that satellite is operational. According some sources launch is hoax aimed to hide another ICBM test.
UPDATE: As far as there is no official confirmation about launch it should be considered as delayed.
UPDATE: No confirmation of launch or failure of rocket. Launch is probably postponed to 2016.
UPDATE: According Reuters it is possible that launch will be performed in February.
